Terms of Use

Together is a private social space for real-life groups. These rules help keep it warm, safe, and honest.
Agreement and eligibility
By creating or using a Together account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. You must be at least 16 and legally able to agree to these Terms. A higher local age or consent requirement still applies.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect access to your phone and session, and notify us if your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not sell, transfer, impersonate, or automate accounts.
Your content and groups
You keep ownership of content you create. You give Together a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, resize, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Share only content you have the right and permission to share. Group privacy depends on every member; do not redistribute another person’s private content without consent.
Unacceptable use
You must not use Together for harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, child endangerment, non-consensual intimate content, scams, impersonation, illegal activity, privacy invasion, malware, spam, scraping, unauthorized access, or interference with the service. The Community Guidelines provide more detail and form part of these Terms.
Reports and enforcement
Users can report content, people, and groups and can block people. We may investigate, preserve evidence, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and contact authorities where reasonably necessary. We aim to act proportionately but may act immediately when safety or law requires it. Abusing the reporting system is also prohibited.
Comets and notifications
Connection prompts and reminders are suggestions, not emergency or professional services. Notification timing can be affected by device, network, platform, and user settings. You control available notification categories in the app.
BlessMe and external payments
BlessMe is an informal expense-recording tool. Together does not hold or transfer funds, verify identities or bank accounts, guarantee a debt, resolve legal ownership, or confirm a payment independently. Payment is completed in a separate app under that provider’s terms. Check the recipient and amount before paying and resolve disputes directly with the people involved.
Service availability
Together may change, pause, or discontinue features and may remove unsafe or unsupported content. We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Do not rely on Together as the only copy of important content or as an emergency communication channel.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Together and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss caused by other users or external payment providers, or loss resulting from unavailable service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Termination and changes
You can delete your account in Settings. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. We may update these Terms and will provide additional notice when a material change requires it. If you do not accept an updated version, stop using Together and delete your account.
